Program Delivery. INSTITUTION will provide professional development in the content area of computer science in accordance with the attached Computer Science Professional Development Program Grant Application 2016 submitted to ADE by INSTITUTION. Any provisions within the attached Computer Science Professional Development Program Grant Application 2016 that are in conflict with any provision within this MOU are declared invalid, and INSTITUTION must adhere to all provisions within this MOU. INSTITUTION must commence and perform project activities according to established timelines. Failure to do so may result in reduction and reallocation of funds.

However, the School cannot guarantee the standard, quality or educational outcome of Student’s education as a result of his or her attendance at or enrollment in the School. The School generally strives for in-person instruction. At its discretion, depending on circumstances, the School may elect to operate on a distance-learning basis or on a hybrid-learning basis involving both in-person and distance-learning education. The School may also, at its discretion, elect to extend its academic year, adopt an alternative schedule or change, modify, delete or add to its course offerings, activities, programs, publications, location, rules, policies and personnel as circumstances may dictate.

The Subrecipient agrees to develop procedures and document the eligibility of each program participant receiving payment of admission fees. To document eligibility the Subrecipient shall use the census definition for “severely disabled” adults presumed to be low- to moderate-income. Definitions:
Program Delivery. The Subrecipient shall provide case management services for youth who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness that focuses on helping them access such essential services/resources as: affordable housing &/or temporary shelter, obtaining employment, education support & advocacy, daycare services, food, hygiene items (including diapers and baby supplies), medical assistance, and transportation assistance. The purpose of the program is to assist youth and their families in becoming more safe and stabilized while ultimately striving for self-sufficiency.

Program Delivery. Subrecipient shall utilize its grant to provide the salary including fringe benefits for a Case Manager and a Business Manager. The case manager will help seniors meet their immediate needs and identify a path to build their self-sufficiency. The objectives for the program are: Objective #1 Develop a service plan for participating seniors with the assistance of the case maanger Objective #2 Participating seniors will complete the steps outlined in their service plan Objective #3 Participating seniors completing their service plan show an increase in self sufficiency Objective #4 Participating seniors will be referred to other programs that can meet their needs General Administration The Subrecipient, or its Representatives, shall be responsible for the integrated case management program hiring a part-time Case Manager.
