Affiliate Participation a. Subject to any limitations set out in a Program Guide, your Personnel and those of your Affiliates may participate in an MPN Program under your membership and any MPN ID assigned to you. You must promptly deny access for any Personnel who are no longer associated with you or your Affiliate. You are solely responsible and liable for activity that occurs under your membership and/or MPN ID, and any breach of this Agreement or the Additional Terms by any of your or your Affiliates’ Personnel will be deemed a breach by you.
Affiliate Participation. Pequity agrees that Affiliates may procure additional SaaS Services and access to the Platform relating to their business and operations pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement upon execution of an Order by an Affiliate, in which case such Affiliate will be deemed to be a party hereunder with the same rights and obligations as Client, and the terms of this Agreement will be incorporated into the Order executed by the Affiliate, but such Affiliate will be invoiced separately and will be solely responsible to Pequity for its respective obligations and liabilities under this Agreement. An Affiliate or Pequity may terminate this Agreement as it applies to such Affiliate in the same manner that Client or Pequity may terminate this Agreement, but any such termination by an Affiliate will apply only to such Affiliate. All licenses or Services procured by Client and by all Affiliates will be aggregated for purposes of determining any volume-based price discounts under this Agreement.
Affiliate Participation. All rights granted to NCR in this Agreement may be exercised by any Affiliate of NCR agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. NCR agrees to guarantee the performance of its Affiliates that exercise rights under this Agreement.

Affiliate Participation. Once accepted into the Affiliate Program by Indow Windows, you will have the right to create Leads for the Dealer who solicited your participation in the program. You will not redirect any prospective purchaser to any website other than that of Indow Windows. You will not interfere with the operation of the Affiliate Program by taking any actions that circumvent the policies and procedures governing the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate Participation. Once accepted into the Affiliate Program by Indow, Affiliate will be provided with a unique, trackable link to share with website visitors to refer them to the Indow’s website. You will not redirect any prospective purchaser of Indow window inserts to any website other than that of Indow. You will not interfere with the operation of the Affiliate Program by taking any actions that circumvent the policies and procedures governing the Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Participation. Customer may extend the terms and conditions of this Agreement to Customer’s Affiliates at T- Mobile’s sole discretion and subject to each Affiliate’s execution of the Affiliate Participation Agreement posted on the Rates and Conditions Website (“Affiliate Participation Agreement”). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customer is responsible for (i) all Orders placed by an Affiliate under its Master Account, and (ii) its Affiliates’ compliance with this Agreement. An Affiliate Participation Agreement is required if Customer’s Affiliate requests separate Master Account billing under the separate Affiliate’s legal name and separate Affiliate Federal Tax Identification Number.
Affiliate Participation. (a) If Company acquires any additional Affiliates or other operations or assets during the Term or elects to have Affiliates that are neither listed on the Affiliates Schedule nor receiving Services as of the Effective Date or other operations or assets procure Services under this Agreement after the Effective Date (each an “Additional Affiliate”) and desires that Provider provide the Services for such Additional Affiliate, Provider will provide such Additional Affiliate with Services in substantially the same manner as specified in this Agreement, subject to additional reasonable charges if acceptance of such responsibilities by Provider would require Provider to incur additional one-time incremental costs agreed to by the Parties, including, without limitation, start-up costs, transition costs, software and hardware acquisition costs. Provider shall meet the Service Levels set forth in the Service Levels and Service Credits Schedule for Services provided to such Additional Affiliate, unless, with respect to a Service provided to such Additional Affiliate in a new location, (i) the Services provided to Company would be materially adversely impacted, or (ii) for good cause and reason, Provider cannot meet such service levels. In such event, the Parties will negotiate in good faith a reasonable transition period (not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days) during which such Service Levels will not apply to Services provided to such Additional Affiliate, but after which all the Service Levels will apply to such Services. With respect to any New Service to be provided by Provider to such Additional Affiliate, if two hundred seventy (270) days of historical data relating to such New Service exists (such data to be verified consistent with the procedures set forth in the Service Levels and Service Credits Schedule) and Provider acquires or has access to the assets and personnel required to properly operate and perform such New Service, Provider will meet any performance standards or other service levels previously met by such Additional Affiliate (or its service providers) for such New Service, unless for good cause and reason, Provider cannot meet such service levels.
