TERMINATION BY. PracticeWorks For Cause or By Executive Other Than For Good Reason.
TERMINATION BY may terminate this Agreement by giving Stanford written notice at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of termination selected by *****.
TERMINATION BY. PAE Other Than for Cause, Disability or Death; Termination by Executive for Good Reason Prior to March 19, 2024. Notwithstanding Section 4.03, if PAE elects to terminate Executive’s employment for any reason other than Cause, Disability or death or if Executive terminates Executive’s employment with PAE for Good Reason, and such termination occurs on or prior to March 18, 2024, Executive shall receive the payments and benefits set forth in this Section 4.05 in lieu of the payments and benefits set forth in Section 4.03. TERMINATION BY. Yoga Teacher for Default of Guiding Company: Should Guiding Company default in the performance of this Agreement or materially breach any of its provisions, Yoga Teacher, at its option, may terminate this agreement immediately by giving written notification to Guiding Company.
TERMINATION BY. EMPLOYEE Employee may resign his employment at any time upon providing the Corporation with at least 90 days notice of his intention to resign. The Corporation may at its absolute discretion waive notice of resignation provided that it provide to Employee an amount equal to eight weeks base salary, less applicable statutory deductions should the Corporation waive entitlement to notice of resignation.
TERMINATION BY. [***]. In the event [***] determines, in its sole discretion, to cease development of the Licensed Products in a given country or not to seek Registration of Licensed Products in a given country prior to Registration of a Licensed Product in such country, [***] shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in such country (without affecting this Agreement in the remaining countries of the Territory), by giving GW [***] prior written notice thereof.
TERMINATION BY. [Short Legal Name]. In the event that [Short Legal Name] no longer wishes to participate in the CAISO’s Real-Time Market as an EIM Sub-Entity pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, it may terminate this Agreement on giving the CAISO not less than (30) days written notice. With respect to any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section, the CAISO must file a timely notice of termination with FERC or must otherwise comply with the requirements of FERC Order No. 2001 and related FERC orders. The filing of the notice of termination by the CAISO with FERC will be considered timely if (1) the request to file a notice of termination is made after the preconditions for termination have been met, and the CAISO files the notice of termination within thirty (30) days of receipt of such request; or (2) the CAISO files the notice of termination in accordance with the requirements of FERC Order No. 2001. This Agreement shall terminate upon acceptance by FERC of such a notice of termination or upon the next production date of the Full-Network Model release following the thirty (30) days after the CAISO’s receipt of [Short Legal Name]'s notice of termination, if terminated in accordance with the requirements of FERC Order No. 2001 and related FERC orders.
TERMINATION BY. AASTROM for Cause other than Material Breach by IMMUNEX. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Subject to Section 8.4 hereof, AASTROM shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon written notice of termination to IMMUNEX.
