Participating Company definition

Participating Company means the Company or any Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation.
Participating Company means (i) the Company and (ii) each present or future Subsidiary designated by the Committee as a Participating Company.
Participating Company means the Company or any Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation designated by the Board as a corporation the Employees of which may, if Eligible Employees, participate in the Plan. The Board shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine from time to time which Parent Corporations or Subsidiary Corporations shall be Participating Companies.

  • No Participating Company shall be required to segregate any monies from its general funds, or to create any trusts, or establish any special accounts with respect to such obligations.

  • To the extent that an Employee of a Participating Company other than the Company receives an Award under the Plan, that Award shall in no event be understood or interpreted to mean that the Company is the Employee’s employer or that the Employee has an employment relationship with the Company.

Participating Company means the Company or any Subsidiary;
