Community Participation Clause Samples

Community Participation. Goods, works, and services required for Part C of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with the procedures set forth in the PIM.

Community Participation. Goods, works, and services required for Part B.2 of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with rules and procedures acceptable to the Association, as set forth in the PIP.

Community Participation. Goods and works required for Part A.2 of the Project, estimated to cost less than $25,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Bank.

Community Participation. With respect to Community Subprojects: (a) goods estimated to cost $30,000 equivalent or less per contract; and (b) works estimated to cost $60,000 equivalent or less per contract; shall be procured in accordance with community participation procedures acceptable to the Bank, as prescribed in the Revised Operational Manual and in accordance with the provision of paragraph 3.17 of the Guidelines.
