Community Participation. Goods required for Parts D.2 of the Project shall be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association, in accordance with the Community Intervention Procedures Manual. Part D: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions
Community Participation. Goods, works, and services required for Part B.2 of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with rules and procedures acceptable to the Association, as set forth in the PIP.

Goods, works and services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and required for Part C.3 of the Project may be procured on the basis of community participation in accordance with the procedures described in paragraph 3.17 of the Procurement Guidelines and in the Small Grants Operational Manual.
