SAP reserves the right to change any or all parts of the SAP PartnerEdge Program Independent Software Vendor OEM Program Guide (“OEM Program Guide”), , Branding Guide, and any other guide applicable to the SAP PartnerEdge Build or OEM program as may be reasonably required and consistent with SAP’s practices.

Program Guide. 6.1.12.1 If a program guide or menu is managed by Franchisee, Franchisee will take the necessary steps so that PEG Channels and individual programs shall be listed on channel guides and menus in the same detail as for the primary signal of local broadcast channels, provided that, to the extent that the same Channel number is used to "narrowcast" different programming in different communities, program listings will only be provided to the extent it is Economically and Technically Feasible to do so.
Program Guide. 2.1 This Agreement is governed by and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Program Guide. In the event of any inconsistency, deviation, discrepancy or ambiguity in or between any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement and the Program Guide, the terms and conditions of the Program Guide shall prevail.

To the extent any applicable Federal Housing Finance Agency (such agency and any successor agency, the “Finance Agency”) regulations are inconsistent with any term or provision of this Agreement, the regulations shall control and govern the conduct and obligations of the parties.
