Construction of Project. 11.1.1 Developer agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof and the Construction Provisions set forth in Exhibit D, including those things reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made in the Contract Documents.
Construction of Project. Purchaser shall (i) perform the Final Assembly Work which is set forth in Exhibit P hereto, (ii) perform all civil works (including roads, grading, maintenance facilities, meteorological towers and other items); (iii) perform all electrical works (including collection lines, Electrical Infrastructure, Transmission Facilities, Interconnection Facilities and other items); (iv) provide and install a remote terminal unit and cabling to the Substation, meteorological towers, and communications lines for the SCADA System to the Substation; and (v) provide any other items required for the operation of the Project; and

Construction of Project. 10.2.1. On receipt of the Letter of Commencement from the Authority and on and after the Commencement Date, the Concessionaire shall commence Construction Work for the Silo Complex as per the Construction Plan and in conformity with the Standards and Specifications and the Applicable Permits procured.
Construction of Project. 12.1 Obligations prior to commencement of construction Prior to commencement of Construction Works, the Concessionaire shall:

The Entity, in conjunction with the District, agrees to cause the Project to be developed, constructed, and installed in accordance with the terms hereof, the General Construction Terms and Conditions set forth in Exhibit D, the Plans and Specifications and those things reasonably inferable from the aforementioned documents as being within the scope of the Project and necessary to produce the stated result even though no mention is made thereof. The Entity, in conjunction with the District, further agrees that it will cause the development, construction, and installation of the Project to be diligently performed. The parties may approve additional changes in the Plans and Specifications for the Project as provided in Exhibit D.
Construction of Project. 12.1. Project Site(s) Conditions and Contract Documents. Contractor acknowledges that it has and will perform certain special services in preparation to construct the Project.

Construction of Project. 11.4.1 On or after the Appointed Date, the Concessionaire shall undertake the Construction Works in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D and Good Industry Practice and shall complete the same within [●] days from the Appointed Date (“Schedule Completion Date”) and the Concessionaire agrees and undertakes that the Construction Works shall be completed on or before the Scheduled Completion Date. The Concessionaire shall construct, install and establish the Project Facilities, including the basic and detailed design, completion, testing and commissioning in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including the Project Completion Schedule, the Specifications and Standards, Applicable Laws including the applicable architectural controls, building byelaws and zoning requirements, terms of Clearances and Good Industry Practice and after obtaining sanction to the building plans etc. with the design plans and specifications from the proper municipal or other Authority, at its own expenses.
Construction of Project. The Borrower will cause the Project to be constructed and equipped substantially in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and in accordance with Exhibit A hereto with all reasonable dispatch; but if for any reason such construction and equipping shall be delayed or shall not be completed, there shall be no resulting diminution in or postponement of the payments required under this Agreement to be paid by the Borrower.
