Developer shall, at its own expense, carry out the testing and commissioning of the Project and the connecting transmission infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule C, the specifications set out in Schedule E (Technical Specifications), and Prudent Utility Practice. Utility shall be given 5 days prior written notice of any testing or commissioning procedure and Utility shall be entitled to have representatives present for purposes of observing any such procedures. RE Supplier shall, at its own expense, carry out the testing and commissioning of the Facility and the connecting transmission infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4, the specifications set out in Schedule 6 (Technical Specifications), and Prudent Utility Practice. BLPC shall be given 5 days prior written notice of any testing or commissioning procedure and BLPC shall be entitled to have representatives present for purposes of observing any such procedures. If BLPC’s representatives are unable to attend for any reason, the testing may proceed without them.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING. All inspection, testing and commissioning applicable to the Work shall be conducted in accordance with the Testing and Commissioning Program. Owner and Contractor acknowledge that the Testing and Commissioning Program will be developed and expanded during the course of the Contract as may be necessary to comply with Contract requirements.
