Scheduled Completion Date definition

Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

Scheduled Completion Date shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.3.1; “Scope of the Project” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;

Scheduled Completion Date has the meaning ascribed in Article 9 of this Contract.

• The number of calendar days between the effective date of the Contract and the Scheduled Completion Date is the “Contract Time”.

More Definitions of Scheduled Completion Date

Scheduled Completion Date means, with respect to any Specified Project, the date indicated as the Borrower’s good faith estimate of the scheduled date of the completion of such Specified Project in the first certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.01(d) to the Administrative Agent that includes the first calculation of pro forma Specified Project Projected EBITDA for such Specified Project, which date may not be subsequently changed by the Borrower.

Scheduled Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Clause 2.2(e).

Scheduled Completion Date means, with respect to any Capital Expansion Project, the date indicated as the Borrower’s or any Subsidiary’s good faith estimate of the scheduled date of the completion of such Capital Expansion Project in the first Compliance Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Sections 5.06(b) or 5.06(c) which includes the first calculation of pro forma EBITDA for such Capital Expansion Project.

Scheduled Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Disbursement Agreement.
