General Construction Terms and Conditions definition

General Construction Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • In the event any possessory interest tax is levied on the Entity, its successors and assigns, by virtue of this Facilities Lease, the Site Lease, or General Construction Terms and Conditions, District shall pay such possessory interest tax directly, if possible, or shall reimburse the Entity, its successors and assigns for the full amount thereof within thirty (30) days after presentation of proof of payment by the Entity.

  • Orders should not be split in order to facilitate use of this card.

  • Provided that the District has not withheld payments contrary to the provisions of the 5 Facilities Lease, these General Construction Terms and Conditions or law, the Entity shall indemnify, defend 6 and hold the District harmless from any claims or actions which allege that any Subcontractor or supplier was 7 not paid with respect to the Project, except for claims resulting from dispute between District and Entity.

  • The construction of the Project shall be fully complete no later than the date stated in the Notice to Proceed with Phase II work, together with such additional time as may be provided by amendment (change order) pursuant to the General Construction Terms and Conditions set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Time extensions will be considered 17 only to the extent there is insufficient remaining float to accommodate these changes, and pursuant to Article 18 14 of these General Construction Terms and Conditions.

  • Original construction ’ shall mean the first or initial construction

  • Existing construction means any structure for which the "start of construction" commenced before the effective date of the initial floodplain management code or ordinance adopted by the community as a basis for that community's participation in the NFIP.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Pipeline Construction means a substantial disturbance to agricultural land associated with installation, replacement, removal, operation or maintenance of a pipeline, but shall not include work performed during an emergency. Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
