Communications Lines Sample Clauses

The Communications Lines clause defines the requirements and procedures for establishing and maintaining communication channels between the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, it specifies the acceptable methods of communication, such as email, postal mail, or electronic platforms, and may designate specific contact persons or addresses for official notices. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of how and where to send important information, reducing the risk of miscommunication and ensuring that notifications are properly received and acknowledged.
