Exhibit P. 1: Form of Class A-2 Yield Maintenance Agreement ................................. Exhibit P shall include and insure Authority, its Board, officers, employees and agents, their successors and assigns, as additional insureds, against the areas of risk associated with this Agreement to protect against loss from liability imposed by law for damages on account of bodily injury, including death resulting therefrom, and property damage suffered or alleged to be suffered by any person or persons whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from any act, omission or activity of Airline, or any person acting for it or under its control or direction, or any person authorized by it to use the Airline Leased Premises.

If the Trustee is indicated below as to any item, then the Trustee is primarily responsible for obtaining that information. Under Item 1 of Form 10-D: a) items marked "4.03 statement" are required to be included in the periodic Distribution Date statement under Section 4.03, provided by the Trustee based on information received from the Servicer; and b) items marked "Form 10-D report" are required to be in the Form 10-D report but not the 4.03 statement, provided by the party indicated. Information under all other Items of Form 10-D is to be included in the Form 10-D report.
