Promotion Bonus. In the event either participant receives a promotion in the year during which he/she is in the job share program, the bonus shall be five percent (5%) of the full-time rate of the appropriate step prorated between fifty percent (50%) and one hundred percent (100%), based upon the number of years by which the promotion eligibility requirement was met through full-time service (e.g., three
Promotion Bonus. Executive shall receive a one-time cash promotion bonus (“Promotion Bonus”) in an amount equal to $400,000, which Promotion Bonus shall be paid to Executive on or prior to the second payroll date following the Effective Date.
Promotion Bonus. Subject to Executive’s performance of the Transition Duties to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company, the Company shall waive repayment of the first installment of the Promotion Bonus (within the meaning of the Employment Agreement entered into by and between the Company and Executive, dated as of August 26, 2010 (the “Employment Agreement”)) paid to Executive on September 3, 2010 in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000). Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive shall not be entitled to receive the second installment of the Promotion Bonus irrespective of Executive’s continued employment in accordance with this Agreement.
Promotion Bonus. In consideration of Executive’s increased responsibilities and efforts in 2006 associated with becoming the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Executive shall receive a cash lump sum bonus of $2,625,000 within thirty (30) days following his execution of this Agreement. Promotion Bonus. On the first payroll date following the Effective Date, the Company shall pay Employee a cash payment equal to $250,000. Employee will be required to repay the portion of the promotion bonus that Employee retained after payment of taxes in respect thereof to the Company if (a) Employee’s employment with the Company terminates prior to August 31, 2018, unless such termination is (i) by the Company other than for Cause, (ii) by Employee for Good Reason, or (iii) due to Employee’s death or disability or (b) if Employee fails to relocate to the Houston, Texas metropolitan area (“Houston”) by August 31, 2018. Such repayment will be required to be paid to the Company within thirty (30) days of the earliest to occur of (x) Employee’s last day as an employee of the Company under circumstances requiring such repayment as specified above, (y) the date on which Employee provides the Chairperson of the Board written notice that Employee has determined that Employee shall not relocate his family’s primary residence to Houston (the “Commuting Notice”) and (z) August 31, 2018, as applicable.
Promotion Bonus. The Company shall pay to the Executive a promotion bonus in the first payroll processed on or after October 29, 2007 equal to $15,000 (the “Promotion Bonus”), subject to all applicable taxes and withholdings. Following such payment of the Promotion Bonus, the Executive agrees to pay $15,000 to the Company if the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated for Cause [as defined in Section 8(c) of the Agreement] or if the Executive terminates his employment with the Company without Good Reason [as defined in Section 9(b) of the Agreement] prior to the first anniversary date of this Amendment.
Promotion Bonus. The Company will pay Executive a one-time cash bonus of $100,000 with the next regularly scheduled payroll payment occurring after the date of this Agreement.
Promotion Bonus. Employee shall be entitled to a one-time bonus as a result of his promotion to Chief Operating Officer and his continued responsibilities as Chief Medical Officer of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($625,000.00), which shall be paid by Employer on the first regular payroll in January 2017.
Promotion Bonus. You will receive a cash bonus of $40,000 as soon as practicable after August 1, 2008.
Promotion Bonus. Executive shall receive a one time cash bonus in the amount of $50,000.00 in connection with her promotion, payable within 30 days of the date that this Agreement is fully executed.
