Without Good Reason definition

Without Good Reason means termination of Executive’s employment by Executive other than For Good Reason pursuant to SECTION 3.2(b) below.
Without Good Reason shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5 herein.
Without Good Reason means termination of the Executive's employment by the Executive other than termination for Employer Breach or resulting from the death of Executive.

  • Executive’s employment with the Company and the Agreement Term will end on the earliest to occur of (i) Executive’s death or Permanent Disability, (ii) the date of Executive’s termination due to resignation at any time with or without Good Reason after the required notice period, or (iii) the date of Executive’s termination by the Company at any time with or without Cause after the required notice period, if any.

  • Executive may voluntarily, terminate Executive's employment without Good Reason (a "Voluntary Termination").

More Definitions of Without Good Reason

Without Good Reason means any reason other than that defined in this Agreement as constituting Good Reason.
Without Good Reason means termination or resignation of Executive's employment by Executive other than for Good Reason.

Without Good Reason means any termination by Employee that is not a termination due to death or Disability under Section 6.e, below, or for Good Reason as set forth and in accordance with Section 6.c, above. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, waive all or any part of the One Hundred Eighty (180)-day notice period for no consideration and advance the Employee’s termination date to an alternate termination date of the Company’s choosing.
