Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Burswood Casino means that area in the Resort Complex identified in the Drawings as the area to constitute the casino and includes the area in which money counting, surveillance, storage and other activities relating to the conduct and playing of Games are carried on or, if and when the area to which the Burswood Casino Licence relates is fixed pursuant to section 21(4a) of the Control Act, the area so fixed as thereafter altered from time to time in accordance with that section;
Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
Shopping mall means an enclosed public walkway or hall area that serves to connect retail or professional establishments.
911 Trunk A trunk capable of transmitting a 9-1-1 dialed call to the Selective Router, and used for the single purpose of transmission of 9-1-1 calls in accordance with applicable NENA Standards. Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.
