Utility Easements definition

Utility Easements means and refer to those areas of land designated for such purposes on any recorded subdivision plat of The Project or as may be provided for in or by this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration.

More Definitions of Utility Easements

Utility Easements shall refer to any easement areas dedicated for the purpose of providing sewer, water, gas, Telephone Services or electric services provided to the residences and commercial structures (if any) within the Development together with any Facilities related to such services.
Utility Easements means any easement owned by the City and acquired, established, dedicated or devoted for public utility purposes not inconsistent with telecommunications facilities or the Cable System.
