Access drive means a private driveway connecting a street or alley with a parking or loading area of space and of sufficient width to permit safely the passage of all vehicles, equipment, machinery, trailers, manufactured homes, boats and/or pedestrians, either self- propelled or transported, which may normally or reasonably be expected to seek access to the parking or loading area or space.
