## More Definitions of *Lot, Corner*

Lot, Corner means a lot with boundary lines on two separate roads or highways or a single road or highway that curves at an angle of sixty (60) degrees or more at the subject lot. For the purposes of this definition, a road or highway shall not include a lane (see Figure 8);

Lot, Corner means a lot situated at the intersection of, and abutting two or more streets, or parts of the same street, where the inside angle of intersection or projected angle at intersection of the tangents of the street lines is less than 135 degrees, except lots at the start of cul-de-sacs where the angle may exceed 135 degrees.

Lot, Corner means a lot situated at the intersection of two streets, of which two adjacent sides that abut the intersecting streets contain an angle of not more than 135 degrees; where such adjacent sides are curved, the angle of the intersection of the adjacent sides shall be deemed to be the angle formed by the intersection of the tangents to the street lines, drawn through the extremities of the interior lot lines, provided that in the latter case, the corner of the lot shall be deemed to be that point on the street line nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.

"CORNER LOT" shall mean a lot which abuts on two or more streets and/or roads at their intersection or upon a curved street, provided that the two sides of the lot, or the tangents to the curve of the street line at its starting points at or within the side lines of the lot, intersects to form an interior angle of not more than 135 degrees.
