Front Yard definition

Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;
Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the front boundary of the parcel to the front wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];
Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of such lot and the nearest part of any building, structure or excavation on such lot.

More Definitions of Front Yard

Front Yard means the yard extending across the full width of the lot between the front lot line and the nearest part of any building or structure on the lot.
