Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, if this Agreement was approved by Board action, termination for cause by County must be by action of the Board or the County Administrator; in all other instances termination for cause may be effected by the County Administrator, the County representative expressly authorized under this Agreement, or the County representative (including any successor) who executed the Agreement on behalf of County.
