Block A definition

Block A means Contract Area Block A, as defined in the Contract of Work.
Block A and “Block B” means those lands respectively delineated and identified as Block A and Block B on Map 1 attached hereto, collectively referred to as the “Blocks”;
Block A means the parcel or parcels of land identified on the Master Site Plan as Block A, together with the buildings and improvements located thereon.

  • The Base Prospectus is available for viewing at www.ise.ie and etf.invesco.com and during normal business hours at Block A, George’s Quay Plaza, George’s Quay, Dublin 2.

  • The Respondent may not offer to serve Block A provided that the amount of service purchased does not exceed [specified value] MW in any hour.

Block A. , “Block B”, and “Block C” means those lands respectively delineated and identified as Block A, Block B, Block C on Map 3 attached to and forming part of this by-law;
