Class A-1 Notes definition

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

Class A-1 Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

Examples of Class A-1 Notes in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.05.

• The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.06.

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are, except as otherwise provided in the Indenture, equally and ratably secured by the 2023-A Collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.

• The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefore, except as provided in the Indenture or the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Class A-1 Notes

Class A-1 Notes means the [__]% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-1, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

Class A-1 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-1 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

Class A-1 Notes means the $178,000,000 aggregate initial principal amount Class A-1 1.78875% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 0.41126% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the $ Class A-1 % Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Class A-1 Notes means the 2.59198% Class A-1 Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $297,000,000.
