The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2A Notes, Class A-2B Notes, Class A-3 Notes and Class A-4 Notes outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts except as provided in Section 2.06.
The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes (collectively, the “Notes”) are, except as otherwise provided in the Indenture, equally and ratably secured by the 2024-B Collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.
