The Servicer shall, however, account to the Issuing Entity, the Titling Trustee, the Trust Agent, the Indenture Trustee (or any successor to the duties of the Indenture Trustee), the Owner Trustee and the Holders of the Securities as if all of the deposits and distributions described herein were made individually.
