Trust Agent definition

Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.
Trust Agent means The Chase Manhattan Bank, not in its individual capacity but solely as the Trust Agent under the Trust Agreement and this Agreement acting on behalf of the Owner Trustee, its successors in interest, and any successor Trust Agent under such agreements.
