The Indenture Trustee shall, upon receipt of an Issuing Entity Order, authenticate and deliver for original issue the following aggregate principal amounts of the Notes: (i) $143,000,000 of Class A-1 Notes, (ii) $275,000,000 of Class A-2a Notes, (iii) $138,970,000 of Class A-2b Notes, (iv) $413,970,000 of Class A-3 Notes, (v) $65,000,000 of Class A-4 Notes, (vi) $63,170,000 of Class B Notes and (vii) $44,210,000 of Class C Notes.
The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2a Notes, Class A-2b Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-4 Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes Outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts, except as provided in Section 2.6. Each Note shall be dated the date of its authentication.
The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes are and will be equally and ratably secured by the Collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture.
