Owner Trust Estate definition

Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Owner Trust Estate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

Owner Trust Estate. All right, title and interest of the Issuing Entity in and to the property and rights assigned to the Issuing Entity pursuant to Article II of the Trust Sale Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Collection Account and all other property of the Issuing Entity from time to time, including any rights of the Owner Trustee and the Issuing Entity pursuant to the Trust Sale Agreement and the Administration Agreement.

• No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title, and interest of the Owner to and in its ownership interest in the Owner Trust Estate shall operate to terminate this Agreement or the trusts hereunder or entitle any transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Owner Trust Estate.

More Definitions of Owner Trust Estate

Owner Trust Estate shall have the meaning specified in the Trust Agreement.

Owner Trust Estate. The corpus of the Issuer created by the Trust Agreement which consists of items referred to in Section 3.01 of the Trust Agreement.

Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Securitization Trust in and to the property and rights transferred to the Securitization Trust pursuant to the 2017-3 Exchange Note Transfer Agreement and all other property of the Securitization Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Owner Trustee and the Securitization Trust pursuant to the 2017-3 Servicing Agreement, the 2017-3 Exchange Note Supplement and the Administration Agreement.

Owner Trust Estate means the Trust Estate, including the contribution of $1,000 referred to in Section 2.05 hereof.
