Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

The Owner Trustee shall not manage, control, use, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with any part of the Owner Trust Estate except (a) in accordance with the powers granted to and the authority conferred upon the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Agreement, or (b) in accordance with any document or instruction delivered to the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 6.3.

Owner Trust Estate.
