Servicer definition

Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.
Servicer means (i) the Master Servicer with respect to a non-Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and the Special Servicer with respect to a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or (ii) with respect to a specific function, right or obligation as to which the Servicing Agreement designates the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the party so designated, as applicable, pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6 hereof.

Examples of Servicer in a sentence

  • Each Receivable originated in the State of California has been, and at all times during the term of the Sale and Servicing Agreement will be, serviced by the Servicer in compliance with Cal.

  • The servicing of each Receivable and the collection practices relating thereto have been lawful and in accordance with the standards set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement; other than the Servicer and the Backup Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, no other Person has the right to service the Receivables.

Servicer has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
