Each Receivable originated in the State of California has been, and at all times during the term of the Sale and Servicing Agreement will be, serviced by the Servicer in compliance with Cal.
The servicing of each Receivable and the collection practices relating thereto have been lawful and in accordance with the standards set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement; other than the Servicer and the Backup Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, no other Person has the right to service the Receivables.
