Servicer definition

Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.
Servicer means (i) the Master Servicer with respect to a non-Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and the Special Servicer with respect to a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or (ii) with respect to a specific function, right or obligation as to which the Servicing Agreement designates the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the party so designated, as applicable, pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6 hereof.

  • The Trust and Servicing Agreement may be amended from time to time by the Depositor, the Certificate Administrator, the Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee and the Operating Advisor, without the consent of any of the Certificateholders or the Companion Loan Holders, in certain circumstances specified in the Trust and Servicing Agreement, subject to certain exceptions set forth in the Trust and Servicing Agreement.

  • If the affected Mortgage Loan is to be repurchased, the funds in the amount of the Purchase Price remitted by the Responsible Repurchase Party are to be remitted by wire transfer to the Master Servicer for deposit into the Collection Account.
