Class A-2 Noteholders definition

Class A-2 Noteholders means the Class A-2a Noteholders and the Class A-2b Noteholders.
Class A-2 Noteholders means the holders of any Class A-2 Notes from time to time.
Class A-2 Noteholders. Interest Carryover Shortfall” means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class A-2 Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for the preceding Payment Date and any outstanding Class A-2 Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Payment Date, over the amount in respect of interest that is actually paid to Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on the preceding Payment Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class A-2 Interest Rate for the related Interest Period.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Noteholders

Class A-2 Noteholders means the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-2 Noteholders. Monthly Accrued Interest” means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-2 Notes at the Class A-2 Interest Rate on the Class A-2 Note Balance immediately preceding the Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.
Class A-2 Noteholders. Interest Carryover Amount" means, if on any Payment Date the [A-2 Notes] bear interest at the [A-2 Note] Alternative Interest Rate, the excess of (a) the amount of interest on the [A-2 Notes] that would have accrued in respect of such Payment Date had such interest been calculated at _______% per annum over (b) the amount of interest on the [A-2 Notes] actually accrued in respect of such Payment Date based on the [A-2 Note] Alternative Interest Rate, together with the unpaid portion of any such excess from prior Payment Dates and interest accrued thereon, to the extent permitted by law, calculated at the [A-2 Note] Interest Rate without taking into account the [A-2 Note] Alternative Interest Rate.

Class A-2 Noteholders. Interest Carryover Shortfall" means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess of the Class A-2 Noteholders' Interest Payment Amount for the preceding Payment Date over the amount that was actually deposited in the Collection Account on such preceding Payment Date on account of the Class A-2 Noteholders' Interest Payment Amount.
Class A-2 Noteholders means the registered holders of any Class A-2 Notes from time to time except that following the registration on the Register of an assignment by a registered holder of a Class A-2 Note of all of its rights in respect of a Class A Funded Amount specified in such assignment, such registered assignee shall be deemed to be the registered holder of a Principal Amount Outstanding of such Class A-2 Note equal to the assigned Class A Funded Amount for all purposes and shall be deemed to be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed (including the Conditions) which are applicable to the other Noteholders until such time as the registration of such assignment is removed from the Register. For avoidance of doubt, unless a Class A-2 Noteholder is a party to a Class A-2 Variable Funding Agreement it shall not be obligated to satisfy any of the obligations of a Class A-2 Noteholder specified therein, including the provision of any Fundings to the Issuer.
Class A-2 Noteholders. Interest Carryover Shortfall" means, with respect to any Quarterly Payment Date, the excess of (i) the Class A-2 Noteholders' Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding Quarterly Payment Date over (ii) the amount of interest actually distributed to the Class A-2 Noteholders on such preceding Quarterly Payment Date, plus interest on the amount of such excess, to the extent permitted by law at the then current Class A-2 Note Rate from such preceding Quarterly Payment Date to the current Quarterly Payment Date.
