System Uptime definition

System Uptime means the total amount of time during a calendar month, measured in minutes, during which Customer has the ability to access the features and functions of the SaaS Services.

More Definitions of System Uptime

System Uptime means the number of minutes that Telos Network is available to Customer. System Uptime excludes time for network maintenance, or any unavailability resulting from: (a) problems with or maintenance on Customer’s backhaul, applications,
