Network Maintenance definition

Network Maintenance means planned repairs and improvements carried out from time to time to the Network by the Supplier;
Network Maintenance means work on the ND Network to facilitate ongoing operations, including updates to the Services. Scheduled Network Maintenance will take place during Maintenance Windows. Emergency Network Maintenance may take place any time NetDocuments’ reasonably perceives a threat to the ND Network or the Services. The Services may not be available during periods of Network Maintenance.
Network Maintenance means any process deemed necessary to sustain the WCCLS Information Network throughout its operational life cycle. This may include, but is not limited to, hardware or software component upgrades, new software or hardware installs, hardware or software replacement, and integration of cloud-based information services.
