Site Work Plans definition

Site Work Plans means those certain drawings and plans to include schematics, preliminary and working drawings, designs, specifications, criteria and progress reports, as amended and revised from time to time (including during the Site Work in accordance with Section 2.2 hereof), with respect to the Site Work, described on Exhibit "D" hereto, and shall include and reflect, without limitation, easements for the installation, use, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, restoration and/or removal of all Site Work.
Site Work Plans and "Interior Plans" that have been, or will be, approved by Buyer and Seller pursuant to the Work Letter Agreement. The Build-to-Suit Parcel consists of approximately 4.42 acres (approximately 192,906 square feet) and the Expansion Parcel consists of approximately 1.88 acres (approximately 81,829 square feet), for a total of approximately 6.3 acres (approximately 274,735 square feet) of land located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, as determined by a survey of the Build-to-Suit Parcel and Expansion Parcel prepared by Sikand Engineering Associates ("Sikand"). The Building Shell Improvexxxxx will include an approximately 85,000 square foot building with an approximately 75,000 square foot footprint and 10,000 square feet of mezzanine space. The Site Improvements will include related on-site and offsite improvements that will be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications that are approved by Buyer and Seller pursuant to the Work Letter Agreement. The Interior Improvements will include certain interior improvements that are constructed pursuant to the Interior Plans that have been approved by Buyer and Seller pursuant to the Work Letter Agreement so that the Improvements can be used by Buyer for Buyer's conduct of its manufacturing business on the Property in accordance with the CC&R's (as defined in Section 7.07). The Building Shell Improvements shall consist of a concrete tilt-up industrial building that will be constructed substantially in accordance with the most recent Uniform Building Code and other applicable laws, codes and regulations.
Site Work Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof. "Soccer Stadium" shall have the meaning set forth in Recital D hereof.

  • Site Work Plans and Building Construction Drawings (collectively, “Construction Documents”) for a Project are completed by the Project’s Architect and checked by the City for conformance with the Design Development Drawings Review.

  • After the City’s Design Development Drawings approval and execution of the Major Retailer Lease(s), and within the time set forth therefor in the Schedule of Performance, the Developer shall prepare or cause to be prepared and submit to the City and RWQCB, and any other appropriate Responsible Agency Site Work Plans sufficient for the issuance of permits for the Site Work which shall have been prepared by a registered civil engineer.

  • Upon obtaining building permits for the Site Work Plans and following the Close of Escrow, Developer shall reimburse Brookfield Beach Boulevard LLC for the costs of installing the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Improvements, and the incremental costs of installing the Median Modifications attributable to the Project pursuant to Section 301.3. Developer shall be responsible for the installation of the traffic signal on Lincoln Avenue at the entrance to the Project (Laxore Street) at its cost.

  • The City shall approve or disapprove the Site Work Plans within the time set forth therefor in the Schedule of Performance.

Related to Site Work Plans

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
