Drawings and Plans. Approval by the Agency Chief Contracting Officer of drawings and/or plans of details for any Goods or installation will not relieve the Seller from its responsibility for furnishing the Goods or installation of proper dimensions, size, quantity and quality to efficiently perform the work and carry out the requirements and intent of the layout of descriptive drawings forming a part of the bid documents. Such approval shall not relieve the Seller from responsibility for design or other errors of any sort in the drawings or plans. Drawings, plans and copies thereof prepared by Seller specifically in the performance of this Contract shall be submitted to the City prior to payment and shall become the property of the City for use by the City in any manner whatsoever, without further compensation, including as specifications for future bids and contracts. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, Seller also retains a proprietary interest in any such drawings and plans.

Only one Design will be provided by the Company. Redesigns or creation of a second Design requested by the Client will be considered a Change Order, and will be subject to additional charges to the Client.
