S ection 5. The Union shall keep the Employer advised of the names of Union officials and their designated areas of responsibility in writing, or via electronic communication, including the group of employees authorized to represent. The Employer will be provided reasonable advance notice by the Union of any change of its officials and the xxxxxxx, whenever practicable.
