Based on the Pprotocol for Ccorporate Ggovernance, the Shareholder Compact seeks to: outline and strengthen the accountability of the Board to the Shareholder with respect inter alia; to the service delivery, financial and business mandate of the Company; promote transparency between the two Parties; and promote good governance in line with the Regulatory Provisions, the Service Delivery Agreement, Financial, uUniformity protocols and the SDBIP.
In the event the provisions of this Agreement are in any way inconsistent or conflict with the provisions of the MOI and the Service Delivery Agreement, the provisions of the MOI shall prevail.
