Required Standards definition

Required Standards means Applicable Law, the Specifications, and the warranties given by Sutro in Section 7.3, provided that Required Standards shall not include compliance with cGMPs for Custom Reagents, Extract identified as “research grade” Extract or Other Extracts.
Required Standards mean the standards that shall be met by the Operating Right Holder in implementing the Project which are stipulated pursuant to the Agreement, Application Guidelines etc., Required Standards Document and Proposal Documents.

More Definitions of Required Standards

Required Standards means the requirements of this Agreement, the Capital Funding Guide (in so far as they are in force at the point at which an Active Site has achieved Start on Site), all Consents and Legislation and in respect of any OPSO Scheme, the applicable OPSO Standards; Restructure means any merger or de-merger or consolidation or reconstruction or amalgamation or a transfer of its engagements to any person or the acceptance of any transfer of engagements from any person or any other arrangement having an equivalent effect to these; RIDDOR means Reporting of Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013;
Required Standards means: (a) the safety, performance and other operational standards prescribed in the MTR Ordinance and the IOA for the Integrated Services (other than those to be provided by the TSA Buses) from time to time (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes the Customer Service Pledges as defined in the IOA); and (b) the safety, performance and other operational standards prescribed in such other instruments, agreements or other documents (to be agreed by Government and the Company) for the Integrated Services to be provided by the TSA Buses from time to time;
Required Standards. The Member must certify that the following requirements have been met: The installation of the Distributed Resource and all equipment in the system must comply with the latest published edition of IEEE 929 and IEEE 1547 as applicable. Future IEEE Standards and/or Recommended Practices: Distributed Resource interconnected before IEEE standards are published may be required to comply with such standards when adopted. The Member’s inverter or interconnection protection system must be tested and listed for compliance with the latest published edition of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) 1741. The Distributed Resource must pass the anti-islanding test in UL 1741. The Member’s inverter or interconnection protection system must be manufactured after November 7, 2000. Any protection settings affecting anti-islanding performance must not be adjusted after passing anti-islanding tests.
Required Standards means in relation to the MTRC Railway and/or the KCRC Railwayand/or the TSA Buses (as the case may be), the safety, performance and other operational standards prescribed in the MTR Ordinance (including, without limitation, in relation to the TSA Buses in section 9(2) of the MTR Ordinance) and the Operating Agreement for the Integrated System from time to time (and any other instruments, agreements or other documents as agreed by Government and the Company from time to time) (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes the Customer Service Pledges as defined in the Operating Agreement);

Required Standards means standards specified or to be specified by the Director or the Minister by way of regulations in respect of matters under this Statute;
Required Standards means the requirements and standards for the identification, selection, inspection, Certification and Conversion of Containers into SGBlocks™ attached hereto as Schedule A, as may be amended by mutual agreement of the parties from time to time.
