Capital Funding Guide definition

Capital Funding Guide means the "Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide" published on the Agency's website or any successor guide published by the Agency (or any successor body) as updated from time to time; CDM Regulations means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 CEDR means the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution;
