The image quality must meet the standards established by the American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association.
All vehicles and equipment shall be kept in sound operating condition, and maintained, operated, and equipped in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and safety standards including but not limited to National Standards and standards set forth by the State of Idaho EMS Bureau as complying with their minimum licensing standards, within the budgeted amounts provided by the Ambulance District.
