Codes and Standards definition

Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.
Codes and Standards means all requirements, licences, requests, directives, rules, guidelines, standards, specifications, codes, instructions, circulars, manuals and procedures as may be required by this Contract or by any applicable governmental authorities having, or purporting to have, authority over the subject matter contemplated herein.
Codes and Standards has the meaning ascribed in Article 18 of this Contract.
