In addition, in calculating the number of Active Sites, any site as to which Kum & Go requires an ATM to be removed as a result of Purchaser’s breach of the Kum & Go Contract (or any successor to or replacement of the Kum & Go Contract) shall be included as an Active Site, even though the ATM is no longer operating at such location.
