Operating Right definition

Operating Right means all or any part of any authority, permission, licence or privilege applied for, granted to or enjoyed by the Company, including the Licence, for the establishment, subsistence, maintenance and operation of a mobile radio telephone system using the cellular method and the provision of mobile radio telephone services to the public in Israel;
Operating Right means the right of holder of a reconnaissance permit, or an exploration licence, or a production lease;
Operating Right means all or any part of any authority, permission, licence or privilege, whether granted or enjoyed pursuant to an Air Services Agreement or otherwise, which enables an air service to be operated;

Examples of Operating Right in a sentence

  • In accordance with Article 71, paragraph (1) of the PFI Act and this Agreement, the State shall grant to the Operating Right Holder, at no charge, the right to use the lease properties listed in Attachment 1.

  • If the Operating Right Holder fails to perform its obligation under this Agreement and causes damages to the State, the Operating Right Holder shall compensate for these damages.

  • The same shall apply when the Operating Right Holder intends to change the existing Landing Fees etc.

  • The Operating Right Holder shall succeed the Facilities Subject to Operating Rights to the State or a third party designated by the State on the Airport Operating Business Expiration Date or a date thereafter designated by the State.

More Definitions of Operating Right

Operating Right means all or any part of any authority, permission, licence or privilege, whether granted or enjoyed pursuant to an air services agreement or otherwise, which enables an air service (other than a New Zealand domestic air service operating solely within New Zealand) to be operated;
Operating Right means an authority, permission, licence or privilege, granted or enjoyed under a Bilateral Arrangement, which enables an Air Service to be operated;
Operating Right means all or any part of any authority, permission, licence or privilege which enables an air service to be operated, howsoever granted.
Operating Right means a towing carrier permit, a household goods registration, an exempt passenger carrier registration, or a property carrier registration.
Operating Right means the Right to Operate Public Facility etc. defined in Article 2, paragraph (7) of the PFI Act scheduled to be established in favor of the SPC with respect to the Airport on November [ ], 2015 pursuant to Article 6.
Operating Right shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(f)(vi).
Operating Right is used with the defined meaning assigned in Subsection 2.15(a).
