Providing the Services definition

Providing the Services. Software Provider use the IP address and MAC address, Device-ID, the\version of the operation system of the Smart TV, client type of your Smart TV and its panel resolution, the project ID (i.e. information regarding configuration files), your DTV channel list, viewed channels, time zone, country and language settings to provide your Smart TV with access to the Services and services provided by content partners. Purposes include (but are not limited to) authentication, providing location based services to you (e.g. weather forecasts); abuse handling, management of security incidents, monitoring of availability of the Services, and providing backup services of user preferences. Authentication: the Device-ID and MAC address shall be used for authentication purposes. Software updates: Each time your Smart TV is powered on, it will provide Software Provider with the IP address, Device-ID, software version, client type of your Smart TV, project ID (i.e. configuration files), user ID, serial number to offer you and provide you with appropriate software updates Improving the Services: Software Provider use aggregated and anonymized usage data (i.e. data about your interaction with the Services) to improve the user experience of the Services.

Examples of Providing the Services in a sentence

  • All other cost to the Consultant associated with Providing the Services is included within the staff rates.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
