Software Version Sample Clauses

The Software Version clause defines which specific version of a software product is covered or referenced in an agreement. It typically specifies the release number, date, or other identifying information to ensure both parties are clear about the exact software iteration involved. For example, it may state that only version 2.3 of a program is licensed or supported, excluding future updates unless otherwise agreed. This clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes by precisely identifying the software version subject to the contract's terms.
