Location Based Services. The Software's location based services (“LBS”) can be used with Devices that are equipped with a GPS receiver or devices that utilize cellular based location capabilities. The LBS feature in the Software is powered by Microsoft's Bing Maps technology. The Terms of Use and Privacy Statement for Microsoft’s Bing Maps technology may be accessed at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/maps/assets/docs/terms.aspx; xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en- us/default.mspx . In order to access this third-party system, the product registration code is passed from the Software to the SOTI and/or its suppliers LBS Server, which in turn requests a non-identifying token from Microsoft’s Bing Maps service on behalf of the end user.

Location Based Services. You acknowledge and agree that your geo-location information must be provided to the Uber Services via a Device in order to provide Transportation Services. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your geo-location information will be monitored and tracked by the Uber Services when you are logged into the Driver App and available to receive requests for Transportation Services or when you are providing Transportation Services; and (b) the approximate location of your Vehicle will be displayed to the User before and during the provision of Transportation Services to such User. In addition, Rasier Pacific and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share your geo-location information obtained by the Driver App and Device for safety, security, technical, marketing and commercial purposes, including to provide and improve their products and services.

If you have GPS tracking enabled on your device, it is possible that others may surmise that you are a therapy patient due to regular check-ins at Therapist’s office on a weekly basis. Please be aware of this risk if you are intentionally checking in from Therapist’s office or if you have a passive location-based services application enabled on your phone.

Location Based Services. If Customer wishes to provide location based services (beyond what is otherwise covered by this Agreement) to its Desktop Device Subscribers or Phone Device Subscribers, then Customer shall not unreasonably refuse to use Google’s location based services whenever applicable if Google asks Customer to use Google’s location based services.
Location Based Services. If You elect to purchase Hosted Services from Altium, You understand and agree that as part of such Services Altium may provide You with the capability to access Your Content from Your current location. Location Based Services. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Company shall not collect, access, use or disclose any User Data (including Location Information) to provide any location-based services or Location Information to anyone, and Nextel shall not be obligated to perform under this Agreement, unless the location based service in question integrates fully with Nextel’s location notice and consent regime to Nextel’s complete satisfaction (“Notice” and “Consent” regime). Company shall delete Location Information immediately, when it is no longer necessary for Nextel User’s purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, Company shall ensure that each Nextel User may rescind Consent at any time, without charge (e.g., via a toll-free telephone call) pursuant to a rescission method approved in writing by Nextel (“Rescission”), and Company shall make such Rescission effective within twenty-four (24) hours of a Nextel User’s Rescission. Company must maintain records of any Notice, Consent, and Rescission for as long as a Nextel User subscribes to Company’s services or application, plus an additional two (3) years. Company shall not make any statement about the accuracy of Location Information, unless Nextel approves such statement in writing.
