Private Label Service definition

Private Label Service means the PCS Service provided by Purchaser to its End Users under Purchaser’s label, brand and marks, utilizing the PCS Service provided to Purchaser by Sprint under this Agreement.
Private Label Service means the Wireless Service provided by a Person to such Person’s End Users under such Person’s label, brand and marks, utilizing the Wireless Service provided to such Person by Sprint.
Private Label Service means, with respect to any SIG Party, the PCS Service provided by such SIG Party (or by a Controlled Affiliate of such SIG Party pursuant to Section 2.7) to end user customers as a reseller of the PCS Service pursuant to this Agreement. Private Label Service does not include any roaming services provided under Section 13.5(b).
