PCS Service means mobile wireless telephone service provided pursuant to Wireless Licenses issued by the FCC pursuant to Part 24 of the FCC's rules regardless of the frequency block designated by the FCC under 47 C.F.R. 24.229 and all mobile voice and data services reasonably ancillary thereto.

PCS Service means the circuit-switched/2G and 3G service provided to Purchaser by Sprint including the Sprint Data Transport Service, Sprint Data Service and Short Messaging Service as more particularly described in Schedule 1.0 (PCS Service and Pricing). PCS Service does not include Roaming.

PCS Service means the provision of any commercial mobile radio service by a PCS System, including the resale of such service.

• PCS Service may not be available in all areas shown on the coverage maps due to a variety of factors, including relocation or modification of Facilities, environmental or topographical conditions, such as building configuration, or unexpected capacity demands.

PCS Service means any broadband radio communications service authorized under the rules for personal communications services designated as Subpart E of Part 24 of the FCC's rules in effect on July 25, 1994, or any revision thereto or successor thereof which may be in effect from time to time, including the network, marketing, distribution, sales, customer interface and operations functions relating thereto.

PCS Service means mobile wireless voice and data service provided pursuant to licenses issued by the FCC pursuant to Part 24 of the FCC Rules regardless of the frequency block designated by the FCC under 47 C.F.R. ss. 24.229 and all mobile voice and data services reasonably ancillary thereto.

PCS Service means the personal communications services and related telecommunications services authorized by Part 24 of the FCC’s rules.

PCS Service means the PCS service provided by Sprint using the Network which includes voice service, Sprint 2G Data Service, MOSMS, MTSMS, Toll, Premium Services, and Sprint 3G Data Service. PCS Service does not include Roaming.

PCS Service means the PCS service provided to VMU by Sprint PCS pursuant to this Agreement. PCS Service does not include Roaming.

PCS Service means the Wireless Service provided by the Company using the Company Systems that includes voice service, MOSMS, MTSMS, Toll, and *** Service. PCS Service does not include roaming.
