Reseller definition

Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.
Reseller means an entity authorized by Microsoft to resell Software licenses and Online Service Subscriptions under this program and engaged by you to provide assistance with your Subscription.
Reseller means any person who, whether he or she has a petrol pump in operation in terms of an arrangement with a wholesale distributor or not, acquires petrol directly from a wholesale distributor and sells it to any other person in the course of or as part of the activities of a business carried on by him or her, but does not include any such person in relation to petrol which he or she sells in terms of an agreement with a wholesale distributor only in quantities of not less than 200 litres at a time;

  • Fees are due to TIPS upon payment by the Member to the Vendor, Reseller or Vendor Assigned Dealer.

  • Either Vendor or Reseller may report the sale pursuant to the terms herein.
