Cable television service definition

Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.
Cable television service means cable service as defined in 47 USC 522(6) when provided over a cable system as defined in 47 USC 522(7).
Cable television service means any services provided by or through the facilities of any cable television system or other similar closed circuit coaxial cable communications system, or any microwave or similar transmission service used in connection with any cable television system or other similar closed circuit coaxial cable communications system.
