Affiliated Entity. Any persons(s) or entity(ies) who own or control, are owned or controlled by or are under common ownership or control with Comcast of Colorado/Pennsylvania/West Virginia, LLC, but does not include Affiliated Entities that are not involved with the use, management, operation, construction, repair and/or maintenance of Comcast Corporation’s cable systems.
Affiliated Entity. Any corporation, partnership or other business entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with Comcast.
Affiliated Entity. For the purposes of NI 45-106, an issuer is an affiliate issuer if (a) one of them is the subsidiary of the other, or (b) each of them is controlled by the same person.
Affiliated Entity. Contractor will not form or use any Affiliate to perform any of the services or activities which Contractor is required or allowed to perform under this Agreement, other than as a Subcontractor approved by County under Section 16.04. If Contractor enters into any financial transactions with an Affiliate for the provision of labor, equipment, supplies, services, or capital related to the furnishing of service under this Agreement, that relationship shall be disclosed to County, and in the financial reports submitted to County. In such event, County's rights to inspect records and obtain financial data shall extend to records and data of such Affiliate that are relevant to those specific financial transactions.
Affiliated Entity. The XXXX contractor shall not enter into any subcontract, contract, agreement, purchase order or any other arrangement of any kind (“Arrangement”) for the furnishing of any portion of the materials, services, equipment rented for use on the project, equipment, tools, or any portion of the Work with any party or entity if such party or entity is an “Affiliated Entity”, as defined below, unless prior to entering into such Arrangement it has been approved in writing by the Owner, after full written disclosure by the XXXX contractor to the Owner of such affiliation or relationship and all details relating to the proposed Arrangement. Affiliated Entity. The Executive further agrees that upon a violation of this section of this Agreement, the period during which the Executive’s covenants in this section apply will be extended by the number of days equal to the period of such violation.
