Prescribed Holidays. A full-time employee under this agreement is entitled to the following public holidays, without loss of pay: • New Year Day • Australia DayLabour DayGood FridayEaster SaturdayEaster MondayAnzac Day • Queen's Birthday • Melbourne Cup Day or a local equivalent • Christmas DayBoxing Day Where in public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out above, those days will constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this agreement.

Prescribed Holidays. An employee, other than a casual employee is entitled to payment at the employee’s normal ordinary hourly rate of pay for the following public holidays: • New Year’s Day. • Australia DayGood FridayEaster MondayAnzac Day • Adelaide Cup Day • Queens Birthday • Labour DayChristmas Day • Proclamation Day or such other day proclaimed by the State Holidays Act or State Proclamation in substitution for any of the above days in which case the substituted day will be deemed to be the holiday for the purposes of this Agreement.
