Person receiving services definition

Person receiving services means a person with an intellectual and developmental disability who is enrolled in a program funded pursuant to this article.
Person receiving services or "service recipient” means a client who receives or has received services from a facility or provider agency.
Person receiving services or “service recipient” shall mean an individual who resides or is an inpatient in a residential facility or who receives services from a facility or provider agency.
